Choicely (#SaaS) seeking €1,2M (10% ROI)

With €585k revenues in 2021, 45 active customers in 38 countries and a €12M pre-money valuation, Choicely is looking to raise €1,2M seed funding to validate its proprietary platform technology, reach €1M revenues in 2022, strengthen the team and expand its international outreach.

We are a Finnish software company which has developed a revolutionary no-code app platform for building and maintaining high quality native (IOS, Android) apps. Our clients include the likes of ITV Studios / Love Island, IJF/ International Judo Federation and IMG / Miss Universe.

With a 0.005% share in the market of native mobile apps worth €18B in 2022 (+20% CARG/Year), Choicely was founded in 2015 and the current product line in late 2019 in Helsinki, Finland. We monetize mainly through SaaS fees charged to B2B customers in Sports, Media and Entertainment sectors. Revenue growth is projected at 100% yearly, reaching €2,9M by 2025. Our team of 15 combines 70+ years of commercial, technology and SaaS expertise. 

Key USPs versus competitors are: 1) Complex native apps can be developed and launched in 2-4 weeks, 2) With budgets that even SMEs can afford 3) Anyone in a commercial organization can be a creator or an admin person for the app.

We have already raised €3,5M in private capital, loans and grants to develop its proprietary platform technology, meaning that, after this investment round is secured, Choicely is fully ready for rapid global growth.
