We offer hand-picked partner candidates (based on values and lifestyle) and help customers with self-esteem, insecurities, good first impression and communication skills, through scalable online courses and personal coaching services.

With €1k net revenues after the first pilot, 7600 downloads (5500 active users) and a €1M pre-money valuation, InLove Group is looking to raise €150k pre-seed funding and gain wellbeing and online dating expertise from investors. The investment is needed to:

1. Reach €15k MRR and 100k new users by Q4 2023
2. Implement a SaaS subscription model and ads to the mobile app
3. Improve gamification: user gets XP and receives perks with higher levels + daily rewards for opening the app and doing several activities on our platform.

In a global personal development market valued at $38.28bn in 2019 ( 5.1% CARG by 2027), InLove Group was founded in January 2021 in Sipoo, Finland. Our business model is a B2C subscription-based freemium/premium model, charged to singles who are aged 30-45 and dream about having a family. Revenue growth is projected at 3x YoY (breakeven in Q4 2025), reaching €100M by Q4 2027. InLove Group team of 4 (3 full-time co-founders and 1 advisor) combines 50+ years of commercial, wellbeing, online dating and technology expertise. 

Competitive Advantage

Key USPs versus competitors are: 

1. We are the only dating app that does not only offer suitable partner candidates but offers also help with starting a relationship.
2. We use analyzing tools to see how our users perform in our service and what kind of feedback they get from other users. Based on that information we can offer the right type of additional services.
3. Lovena is the only dating related app offering virtual space between chat and meeting live. It allows the new couples to get to know each other, and find similar interests but in a safe space.

Round Details

InLove Group has already raised €105k in private capital from business angels and €130k in loans to develop the Lovena app, which means that, after this investment round is secured, Lovena is fully ready for international commercial uptake.

We aim to close this pre-seed round by 20 April 2023. €10k is the minimum investment ticket size.
