Market, Business Model, Financials and Team

Founded in 2019 in Espoo, Finland, Zimple is poised to capture a significant share of the Nordic CRM market worth over €1.1Bn in 2023 (+15% CAGR/Year).

Zimple is monetizing mainly through a license reselling model charged to B2B customers. Revenue growth is projected to reach €10M by 2027 and currently Zimple is profit generating.

Zimple team of 10 (2 full-time founders, 5 full-time employee partners, 3 part-time freelancers), with 85% total ownership combines several decades of managerial, commercial, B2B SaaS and business development expertise.

Competitive Advantage

Key USPs versus competitors like Salesforce and Dynamics consulting companies is our agile project model, where the customer does not have to commit to an expensive and long CRM project. Zimples core expertise (software and integration development) with Pipedrive also gives us a big advantage vs other Pipedrive resellers. We were named as Pipedrive’s Global and EMEA Partner of the Year for 2022.

Round Details

At a €4M pre-money valuation, Zimple aims to close this round by December 15, 2023. Current investors have already committed to join with €100k. The minimum investment ticket size is €50k.

Zimple has previously raised €300k in private capital in 2022 from a private investor to strengthen the team and validate the product market fit, which means that, after this investment round is secured, Zimple is fully ready for international commercial uptake. Zimple is seeking to exit in 3-4 years via M&A at a target valuation of €12-16M (3-4x return of investment).
